We process payments through the secure payment system stripe, accepting debit & credits cards. You also have the option to pay via paypal. Apple Pay is available to customers using Apple Pay supported devices.

Please note any customs fees or import duty that may apply in your country as these are your responsibility. If any parcel is destroyed or returned due to your non-compliance of your countries regulations then Wool Cat cannot be responsible for this.

Returns

We are sure you will love your Wool Cat order, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days of receipt to notify us of your intention to return your purchase. Returns are at your own cost & goods must not have been used & must be in the original packaging. Please obtain proof of posting. If Wool Cat feels the item is no longer in a saleable condition a refund will not be possible. Any item that has been custom made or personalised will not be returnable or refundable. All our products are handcrafted with the greatest care & attention to the highest possible standard, each item is handmade and therefore unique. If in the unlikely event that you believe a product to be faulty please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return.
